SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING
The Ameratec store quotes the best available shipping rates through Easyship, a weight-based software that gathers shipping rates from all common shipping carriers to offer the lowest rates available for buyers to choose from. We carefully review rates provided by our logistics partners to ensure that we’re offering the best value we can provide to our buyers around the world.
Handling time is usually 1-2 days, and transit time will take between 2-7 days, depending on the recipient’s location. Orders that are not shipped within 3 days of order placement will automatically cancel and be refunded.
Order recipients are RESPONSIBLE for all import duties and taxes, and must provide all relevant import documentation as required by the courier provider.
ORDER CANCELLATION
When an order is shipped, a shipment tracking number will be emailed to the customer 1 day after sending the shipment. This number will provide end-to-end tracking, from the original handoff to the carrier until delivery to the customer.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders placed before parcel pick up by the courier will qualify for order cancellation. All orders shipped cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
RETURNS
Product returns are allowed within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
METHOD OF REFUND
Refunds will return to the same form of payment used to pay for the order.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To return an item, you must contact customer support (see contacts below) and provide your order number and reason for return.
Customer service will then provide a return address for the products to be shipped to. Please place the item securely in its original packaging. The CUSTOMER is RESPONSIBLE for all return shipping fees and duties.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
